PROGRAMS & FACILITIES
The program at Scatico balances structure and choice. Older campers choose up to half of their activities. Younger campers follow a more structured program, ensuring they participate in all activities and develop new skills.
The girls and boys campuses (approximately ½ mile apart, on a single property with no public access) have mostly separate facilities, including waterfronts, athletic fields, campfire sites, and art studios.

During a typical day, campers participate in a broad range of camp activities, while also having opportunities to pursue specific interests more deeply—whether at a team practice for an intercamp sports competition, rehearsing for a show, or working on an Outdoor Adventure project. Evening programs are often times for Special Events, involving the entire girls and boys camps separately or as a coed community.
